The Better You Negotiate, the Less You Need to Sell
Most think sales is about relentless pitching, but I learned that negotiating well with the right clients reduces the drain of constantly chasing new deals. When you negotiate from a place of strength and clarity, you create terms that serve both sides and build relationships that endure. Nail the negotiation, and you’ll find much of your “selling” was just overcompensation for weak agreements.
