Own Every Decision or You’ll Own Every Excuse

Accountability is the difference between momentum and stagnation. I’ve seen talented people stall out simply because they let their decisions drift into the hands of circumstance or consensus. When you commit to owning every choice, there’s no room left for blaming markets, teams, or timing. Growth becomes a byproduct of your standards, not your surroundings. It’s uncomfortable at first, but it’s the only path I know that leads directly to progress.
