If Your Vision Doesn’t Scare You, It’s Too Small

Every breakthrough I’ve helped engineer started with someone admitting their goal seemed just out of reach. Playing it safe keeps you comfortable, but comfort never created anything remarkable. So if your vision gives you butterflies or keeps you up at night, know you’re on the right track. That kind of fear is proof you’re thinking big enough to change your business and maybe even your life.
