Early in my career, I thought relentless urgency would fuel results. It didn’t. The biggest wins came after I learned to defend focus with the same intensity I gave to action. Growth isn’t about tackling more. It’s about relentlessly pursuing the few things that truly move the needle while letting the noise fall away. The sooner you accept that not everything deserves your energy, the faster you rise.
